I know what burnout feels like — because I lived it.

I spent over a decade in high-stress tech sales roles, constantly chasing performance and productivity. From the outside, I had it all together. But inside, I was running on empty– anxious, distracted, and exhausted.

When traditional solutions didn’t work, I turned to breathwork.​ Not as a last resort, but as a different approach, one grounded in science and the body.

 

What I found changed everything.

Today, I’m a certified breathwork practitioner helping high achievers regulate their nervous systems, recover from burnout, and reconnect with who they are beneath the stress.
